Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns done within 10 days of the receipt date . If 10 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

Exchanges are accepted only within 20 days of the receipt date, as long as the item is in it’s original condition with all its original packaging. We will send the new item for the exchange after we have received and inspected the original item . A 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanged products.

Please email us within 20 days at info@sweetetots.com to request an exchange. 

International sales are final.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
